The "made-from-scratch" term they use is not quite exactly true. Granted there is someone back there rolling biscuit dough it is not "made-from-scratch." All this person is doing is taking a bag of pre-mixed, manufactured dry ingredients and adding buttermilk to them, then rolling them out.
