Georgia Aquarium This is the 6th season for Creepers Haunted House. Two haunted houses have been combined into one… for 50 rooms of spooky spine tingling horror. Don’t miss Netherworld’s two haunted houses…. Carnivore and Mangler. What better night than Halloween to wander around a couple of Atlanta’s best haunted houses? Carnivore features a slew of werewolves, special effects and live monsters behind every turn. There’s also a bottomless pit, a vicious wolf pack, slime pits, a 17 foot tall Pumpkin King, and other horrors. While, Mangler takes you through a deep dark sewer with tunnels that time forgot. Who’s hiding in the sewer? A horribly disfigured serial killer, of course. And, roaches… are they alive? What about the snakes, rats, hogzilla, the twisted dentist, the skull crusher, or the heart stopping pile driver? These are just a few of the pleasures awaiting you… in the Mangler! Three nights of thrills and chills remaining… Friday, October 31, 2008 thru Sunday, November 2, 2008 Oh yeah, and if you’re really a fan… You can visit the gift shop and buy their cd soundtrack ! Fernbank Museum and 92.9 dave fm presents Martinis & Imax Fright Night. Martinis & IMAX will transform into a halloween celebration that will include a Costume Contest with prizes and treats suited for an adult audience. The costume contest ends at 10pm. There will be live music by Gwen Hughes and the Retro Jazz Kats. And, the horror classic Dracula will be showing at 11pm in the Fernbank’s IMAX Theater with special ghost host Professor Morte of the Silver Scream Spookshow ( Separate ticket purchase is required to see the film in the IMAX theater) When: Friday, October 31, 2008 at 5:30 pm to 11:00pm (An extra hour of treats!!) Where: Fernbank Museum Cost: Cover charge tickets will be $7 per person and Dracula IMAX tickets will be $7 per person. Check out their website for more information! Space is limited and advance ticket purchase is recommended. Fernbank Museum of Natural History Cheetah Lounge (and Strip Club) will be holding a party and costume contest with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The 1st place prize will be $1500, $750 for 2nd place and $500 for 3rd place. There will be no cover charge for guests in full costume arriving before 10pm.
