Gio’s Chicken Amalfitano
Scarpiello Here, gorgeously roasted chicken keeps company with giant wedges of roasted potato, big chunks of sausage, sweet red peppers, pearl-sized onions and garlic. Breast, thigh, wing and leg, all were doused with a sweet, olive oil rich vinaigrette. So very good.
Ammazza’s Inferno Pizza
This gorgeous crust was generously loaded with sopressata, basil and delicious blobs of mozzarella. Then, sliced Calabrian peppers were scattered on top. This was an incredibly good pizza.
Good Structure The toppings remained on top. And, the crust stayed crisp.
Those shredded bits and slices of roast pork were still warm from the oven.
Cuban Sandwich Mmm, tender roast pork… This sandwich alone warrants a return visit. Yeah, we’ll be back. Soon.

Pulled Pork, Sausage & Garlic Toast So tender and smoky, this was a great first bite.
Pork, Chicken & Brisket Yes, it all tastes just as good as it looks… maybe better.
The Brisket
1/2 Rack Ribs Tender, moist, smoky, and nicely coated in a pleasantly mild spice rub, we both loved these.

Topped with Cole Slaw & Chili Sauce
The fried chicken breast on our sandwich was gigantic. The exterior was super crisp on the outside. And, the chicken on the inside was moist, tender and offered good flavor.
